Eleiko Sport, the makers of the world’s best equipment for Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and Strength and Conditioning, is looking for a Warehouse & Supply Planning Manager for our US Distribution Center in Austin, Texas.

This is a combined role. You will lead the daily operations of our distribution center and its team, and you will own the order planning process that connects purchasing, inbound supply, and customer delivery. You need to be organized, detail oriented, analytical, and a strong leader. A passion for, and knowledge of, strength and fitness training is highly beneficial.

We pride ourselves on being a reliable partner to our customers. In this role you will work closely with our customer support, purchasing, logistics, and sales teams to make sure customer orders are planned realistically, confirmed accurately, and shipped on time. You will ensure inventory arrives in the desired quality, is well organized, and that physical counts match our ERP system.

You will be part of the US team in the Austin area and of a larger international team with operations worldwide and headquarters in Sweden. We are leaders in our industry, and we look for dedicated, hardworking people who know warehousing, distribution, logistics, and supply planning.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

Warehouse operations and leadership

• Manage the daily operations of the US distribution center, including planning and distributing daily work across picking, packing, and inbound/outbound handling.

• Hire, train, and lead a competent, reliable, and driven warehouse team. Motivate staff toward our goals, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain staff schedules.

• Work with staffing agencies to hire and train temporary staff when needed.

• Ensure the right resources are available at the right time for an uninterrupted flow of goods through the warehouse.

• Maintain efficient processes so that outbound orders are processed on time and with high accuracy, within goal ranges.

• Ensure inbound shipments, including returns, are processed in a timely and accurate manner, and perform quality checks on inbound goods per Eleiko’s standard operating procedures.

• Perform scheduled and periodic physical counts and maintain accurate inventory records (transfers, adjustments, cycle counts) in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Book freight and transportation as needed, and maintain daily contact with internal teams and external partners on order handling and shipping.

• Purchase packaging materials and warehouse consumables within approved spending limits.

• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workplace, and take care of the facility and equipment.

• Continuously improve the use of time and space, and identify and implement improvements to the work environment and warehouse processes.

Order and supply planning

• Plan and confirm customer orders with the goal of meeting customer expectations.

• Coordinate the supply chain from purchase to delivery, working with operational purchasing to solve delivery issues and identify system or planning-parameter issues.

• Analyze short- and long-term demand and capacity, and provide input to resource planning across the organization.

• Prioritize orders together with the sales organization.

• Ensure clear coordination and communication between purchasing, production, logistics, and sales to optimize the flow.

• Drive follow-up and improvement of delivery precision across the entire supply chain.

Process ownership and reporting

• Act as the local process owner for order planning and warehouse processes, driving continuous improvement.

• Set, measure, and report KPIs, including order picking accuracy, inventory accuracy, delivery precision (on-time delivery), and workplace safety and incidents.

• Work with the Tech team on supporting IT tools and request system improvements in Dynamics 365 to meet our needs.

• Collaborate with other departments and support them when needed in regularly scheduled meetings.

A GREAT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

• 5–7 years’ experience in warehouse management, with demonstrated experience in order planning, supply planning, or supply chain coordination.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Supply Chain Management or Business Central), including inventory, warehouse, and order management. Experience with other ERP or WMS systems is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, policies, and safety practices.

• Analytical skills and comfort working with data, KPIs, and Excel to understand demand, capacity, and performance.

• Ability to understand and troubleshoot warehouse technology.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, and the ability to work across teams and time zones.

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus.

• Knowledge of strength and conditioning equipment and the gym and fitness industry is a HUGE plus!
