Now, as we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to play a key role in managing inbound sales inquiries, supporting our sales efforts, and growing into a senior sales role over time.

We’re searching for someone with the following qualities:

• Driven and Goal-Oriented: You’re excited to meet and exceed sales targets while continuously learning and developing in the role.
• A Strong Communicator: You’re confident engaging with customers and skilled at building lasting relationships.
• Organized and Proactive: You can manage multiple leads, following up efficiently, and paying attention to detail.
• Team-Oriented: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to support the sales team while taking initiative on individual tasks.
• Ambitious: You are eager to advance into a senior sales role and embrace greater responsibilities as you grow
• You have a  valid driver’s license, enabling travel as needed.
• Fluency in Dutch, paired with strong English proficiency. If you also speak French, it is considered a plus.

• Inbound Sales Management: Responding to inquiries from home gym owners, boutique gyms, and smaller accounts, converting them into successful sales.
• Lead Qualification: Quickly qualifying incoming leads and ensuring they’re routed for appropriate follow-up.
• Outbound Sales: Managing smaller, less complex accounts and maintaining strong relationships with returning customers.
• Sales Target Achievement: Driving revenue growth by managing a defined sales target for smaller deals and ensuring no opportunity is missed
