We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused professional to join our team and support operations in the Spanish market.

In this role, you will be a key part of ensuring that our customers receive a smooth and high-quality experience — from order processing and delivery coordination to after-sales support and service planning. You will act as the central point of contact between customers, logistics partners, service providers and internal teams, helping to ensure that deliveries, installations and service visits run efficiently and according to Eleiko standards.

Key responsibilities:

Service coordination (±30%):

• Manage and coordinate service agreements across Western Europe

• Plan preventive maintenance and arrange service visits when needed

• Ensure service partners have the right information and documentation

• Review service reports and support service contract administration

• Support budgeting and cost control related to service activities.

Operations & delivery coordination (±20%):

• Coordinate deliveries and installations together with customers and logistics partners

• Communicate delivery schedules, access requirements and site conditions

• Monitor deliveries and help resolve operational issues when needed

Customer support & order management (±50%):

• Process orders and track progress through to delivery

• Prepare quotations and support key account customers

• Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the process

• Handle after-sales requests, claims and replacement orders

What you bring:

• Experience in operations, logistics, service coordination or customer support

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

• Strong organisational and planning skills,with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.

• A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills

• A hands-on, solution-oriented approach to problem solving

• Experience working with logistics partners, service providers or installation teams is an advantage

• Experience with CRM or operational systems (e.g. HubSpot, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage

• Comfortable working in an international and collaborative environment
